Watching all the magic that Dillan and Big Man Big Heart were making, Dillan’s teammate and QB1 at Florida State, Jordan Travis, decided that he did not wish to sit on the sidelines. He stepped up and became a Big Man Big Heart Ambassador to help fundraise for the First Annual Shop with a Player Event. Big Man Big Heart raised over $10,000.00 in just over a week to put on this event for underprivileged and at-risk youth from the Boys and Girls Club of Tallahassee to a fun-filled afternoon of holiday shopping with an FSU football player, fun football activities, and drills at the FSU football facility, followed by a pizza party. Each child was given $100 gift cards to shop with the players for themselves and at the pizza party Dillan handed out $100 gift cards to each family. Big Man Big Heart also sponsored a needy family with four children by giving them $500.00 worth of gift cards for their holiday shopping.
